Dale Parks Milliner
November 1, 1941 ~ November 20, 2016 (age 75) 75 Years OldMr. Dale Parks Milliner, 75, of Onancock, VA, passed away at his residence on Sunday, November 20, 2016.
Born November 1, 1941 in Locustville, VA, Dale was a son of the late Arthur Milliner and Anne Sturgis Milliner. He worked many years in road construction for Lance J. Eller, Inc.; was a member of the B.P.O.E., Onancock Lodge #1766; and was an avid tennis player and Miami Dolphins fan.
Survivors include two children, Laura Twilley of Salisbury, MD, and Arthur Milliner of Parksley, VA; and five grandchildren, Luke Twilley and his wife Allison, Liza Twilley, Grant Twilley, Ryan Milliner and John Milliner.
Funeral services will be conducted from the chapel of the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home, Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, and interment will follow in the Mount Holly Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the B.P.O.E. Onancock Lodge #1766, P.O. Box 219, Accomac, VA 23301, to assist those in need.
