Priscilla Bromley
December 22, 1939 ~ September 17, 2015 (age 75) 75 Years OldMrs. Priscilla Barnes Bromley, 75, wife of the late Howard Long Bromley and a resident of King George, Va., formerly of Tangier, Va., passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2015, at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, Va.
Born December 22, 1939 on Tangier Island, and reared in Onancock, Va., Priscilla was a daughter of the late Alfred S. Pruitt and Nelle Ayres Crockett Pruitt.
Survivors include three children, Jimmy Lambert and his wife Maria, of Brownsville, Tex., Brian Duckett and his wife Dawn, of Parksley, Va., and Kim Olsen and her husband Robert, of King George, Va.; eleven grandchildren, Brittni and Cody Olsen, Sarah, Katie and Tristen Lambert, Jason, Sam and Ashley Bittinger, Fawn Rodriguez, Tommy Burke, and Chris Chancellor; a sister, Delores “Kippy” Marshall and her husband George “Junie”, of Crisfield, Md.; two brothers, Alfred Pruitt and his wife Janie, and Mark Pruitt and his wife Robin, all of Onancock; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two daughters, Debbie Ann Bittinger and Terri Chancellor; and a sister, Charlotte Pruitt Miller, formerly of Crisfield.
A graveside service will be conducted at the Fairview Lawn Cemetery in Onancock, Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. There will be a visitation at the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home, from 1:00 until 1:30 p.m., prior to the service.
