Biography

Timothy Allen Miller, 57, husband of Linda Lee Bradley and a resident of Nelsonia, VA for two years, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, July 31, 2012.

Born on June 30, 1955 in Frederick, MD and reared in Westminster, MD, he was a son of Barbara Rhinehart Miller of Westminster, MD and the late Jonas Eugene Miller. He was a 1973 graduate of Westminster High School and member of the Church of the Brethren. Timothy retired as a project manager with CH2M Hill. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed constructing and remodeling houses; building and maintaining his tool collection and had the ability to fix almost anything. He also enjoyed spending time with family and pets.

In addition to his wife, Linda, survivors include two children, Kevin Allen Miller (USMC) and his wife Mellani of Chicago, Il and Lisa Kay Laughlin and husband Tom of Pennsylvania; a step-daughter, Lisa Ann Krause of Staunton, VA; two brothers, Mark Stephen Miller of Westminster, MD, and Thomas Lee Miller of Staunton; grandson, Greg; granddaughter, Katie; step-granddaughter, Lianne; niece, Sarah Miller; nephew, Christopher Miller; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be conducted from the Modest Town Baptist Church on Saturday, August 4, 2012, at 11:00 AM with the Reverend John Cullop officiating. Services in Carroll County, Maryland, will be held at a later date with place and time to be announced.
