My dear Sandra, I learned only today about Charlie's passing. I was out of town for two weeks so had not heard until today's Little League ballgame. My heart and thoughts are with you, and I will be in touch. Love, Betty

Mr. Parks you will definitely be missed. Thank you so much for being such a great friend. I will miss hearing you say "Hey Shavonnie how's your love life". You and Mrs. Sandy treated me just like a family member and I thank you for that.

Love you always,
Shavonnie

While it is indeed sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear Charlie, it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will reflect on his seemingly small, yet precious memories. This happens, especially when we experience the loss of someone loved. However, take confidence in knowing that just as you have memories, almighty God remembers too. The difference is, God can and will restore perfect life to those in His memory as expressed in the video link below** In the meantime, God warmly invites you to trust in Him for comfort (2 Cor. 1:3,4). Please accept my condolences during this time of distress.
