Mary and Vicky - I am so sorry for your loss. Mary, you took wonderful loving care of your Mother. She was a sweet woman. I was glad to have met her when I was there about a month ago. There will be spring flowers placed at our church in Memory of her on Easter.

So sorry for your loss. During my 6 years in Ilion you mom and dad were not just good neighbors but also good friends. She was a fellow teacher at Barringer Rd School where I taught special ed. I have nothing but the fondest memories of your mom. I am sure that my wife Jan would have said the same. She passed 11 years ago. Once again my deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Janet Remis is the only sister of a friend of mind that I went all thru school with, I spent numerous hours at Judy and Janet's home as I grew up and went to Annunciation School in Ilion, N.Y. She was one of the nicest persons I knew in Ilion. She will be greatly miss by all her children and all her friends in Virginia and the town that she grew up in Ilion, N.Y.and everywhere else that her friends moved to in the US. So sorry to hear of my colleague's passing. Working with her at Remington Elementary School was a pleasure, and she made that experience very enjoyable. In addition, her family has always left a great mark in our small town of Ilion, mainly due to her influences. Friends will always be friends, no matter where they are...even in heaven.
