Please find comfort in God's Word the Bible. Acts 24:15 says, "I have a hope toward God... that there is going to be a resurrection..." The Bible assures us that in the near future we will be able to see the loved ones we have loss in death.

Dear Wallace, it is so sad to hear about Shirley's passing on. Both of you were so very kind to me when I was visiting you at your Bed and Breakfast working on your web site. I will always hold your friendship in my heart. May the good Lord grant you the peace that surpasses understanding. You have to go thru this to get past this.

I will forever remember the kindness Shirley showed me throughout the years. Especially after Neil Parks past away and there was nowhere to stay on the island, not even my own family’s bed and breakfast. She not only made room for me but refused to take payment for my stay. All she said was ‘just tip my girls’ who worked for her. She was so easy to talk to and to laugh with. Within minutes of meeting her she’d make you feel as though you’d been friends forever. She always went out of her way to help others and she taught me it only takes a moment to make a huge difference in someone else’s life. Wallace I’m truly sorry for your loss and I wish I could be there to give you a big hug. Know that I’m there in spirit and praying God gives you the strength to endure the grieving process. I love ya man!! ♥️
