Anji Ventura Lopez

Anjelli Julissa “Anji” Ventura Lopez, age 12, of Parksley, VA, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, VA.

Born August 17, 2010 in Northampton County, VA, she was the daughter of Rigoberto Donato Ventura and Julia Lopez Velasquez of Parksley. Anji was in the 7th grade at Arcadia Middle School, and attended St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church with her family.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by five sisters, Rosa Elena Lopez, Grisli Banesa Ventura, Betzaida Ventura-Lopez, Yuridia Ventura-Lopez, and Yunilca Ventura-Lopez; and a brother, Dany Miguel Ventura Bartolon.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022 from 6:00 until 11:00 p.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Onley, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow the service.

Nacida el 17 de agosto de 2010 en el condado de Northampton, VA, era hija de Rigoberto Donato Ventura y Julia Lopez Velasquez de Parksley. Anji estaba en séptimo grado en la escuela secundaria Arcadia y asistía a la iglesia católica St. Peter the Apostle con su familia.

Se realizará un velorio el viernes 30 de diciembre de 2022 de 6:00 a 11:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Católica St. Peter the Apostle en Onley, VA. Se llevará a cabo una misa de cristiana sepultura en la iglesia el sábado 31 de diciembre de 2022 a las 12:00 del mediodía. El entierro seguirá al servicio.
