Donald Raymond Hendren

Donald Raymond Hendren, 86, husband of the late Marie Ann Hendren and a resident of Hallwood, VA, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital. Born March 21, 1937 in Louisville, KY, he was the son of the late Ernest Hendren and Alice Lorraine Hendren.

Don served his country in the United States Navy and worked as a printing pressman for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed fly fishing.

He is survived by his son, Donald R. Hendren, Jr. and his wife, Tina, of Parksley, VA and his dog, Duke, who was his best bud. In addition to his wife, Don was predeceased by his daughter, Sherry Marie Messner and brother, Ernie Hendren.
