Obituary

Harold Philip Gibb, Jr., beloved husband of the late Nancy Floyd Gibb, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. Born and raised in Willis Wharf, VA, he was the son of the late Harold Philip Gibb and Hazel Gunter Gibb.

Mr. Gibb received his pharmacy degree from Richmond Polytechnic Institute (now VCU) and MBA in Hospital Administration from the Medical College of Virginia (MCV) in Richmond, VA. He had a long and successful career working in Hospital Administration for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) before returning home to the Eastern Shore, where he served as the CEO of Shore Health Services.

Mr. Gibb is survived by his son, Harold Philip Gibb III; daughter, Anne Floyd Gibb; and granddaughter, Hannah Grace Gibb.

The family will gather privately for a graveside service at the Belle Haven Cemetery.
