Kenneth Charles Peters

Kenneth Charles “Kenny” Peters, 70, of Parksley, VA, passed away at his home on Monday, March 3, 2025.

Born on October 22, 1954, in New Brunswick, NJ, Kenny was the son of the late William Emory Peters and Dorothy Gray Peters. He moved to the Eastern Shore of Virginia with his family in 1990.

Although Kenny was a very private person, Kenny truly loved and cared for his kids, grandkids, and dear friends he considered family. Kenny was always quick to share a laugh and a story wherever he went. He enjoyed cooking, many genres of music, and computer technology.

Kenny is survived by his daughter, Andrea Peters Lieb, of Norfolk, VA; son, Adam Peters, and his wife, Amanda, of Pennsylvania; brothers, John K. Peters and his wife, Betty, of Tennessee, and Greg Peters; grandson, Zachary Gillespie; granddaughter, Kelsea Lieb; great-granddaughter, Olivia Weaver; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Peters; dear friend, Agnes "Angie" Northam, and her family; three nieces, two nephews, and other extended family members.

He was predeceased by his parents, William and Dorothy Peters, and brother, William L. Peters.

Per his request, no public service will be held. Instead, consider honoring his memory by taking a walk in the woods with your family and enjoying the peace of nature.
