Obituary
Nelson Pagge Foltz, Jr. (Buster), of Parksley, VA, passed away quietly and peacefully at his home on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
He was born February 19, 1942, in Wichita Falls, Texas, a son to Nelson Pagge Foltz, Sr., and Irma Arnold Foltz. He spent his early years in Chicago and Lombard, IL.
Nelson enjoyed many jobs throughout his life, including being a cowboy, and lumberjacking, but he enjoyed working at Kennedy Meadows the most. He was bartender and spent many years at the resort.
He moved to the Eastern Shore and loved hunting, and there were plenty of deer for him to go after. In his early years, he liked squirrel hunting in southern Illinois.
He is survived by his son, Mark Earl Foltz, and his wife, Karen Beth Foltz, of Shingle Springs, CA; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Pozzebon, and husband, Louie Pozzebon, of Arroyo Grande, CA; brothers, Randall A. Foltz and wife, Judy Underwood-Foltz, of Cleveland, TN, and John A. Foltz, of Melfa, VA; brother-in-law, Ron Souders, of Hope Mill, NC; and grandchildren, Sutton Page Foltz, Kate Adele Foltz, and Analyssa Quaranta-Gauvin. Nelson was predeceased by a sister, Valerie Lynn Foltz.
Services for Nelson will be private, per his wishes.
