Robert Earl Carr, Jr.

Robert Earl Carr, Jr., 59, husband of Sheree Ewell Carr and a resident of Garner, NC, passed away at his home on Thursday, October 10, 2024.

Born February 10, 1965, Robert was the son of Barbara Taylor Carr of Bloxom, VA, and the late Robert Earl “Bob” Carr.  He was a graduate of Broadwater Academy, Class of 1983, and The College of William & Mary. Robert oversaw Pricing and Quotations for FRM Lighting & Controls in Raleigh, NC.

In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include several cousins and extended family members. He was predeceased by his father Bob, and infant brother Rodney Michael Carr.

Funeral services will be conducted from the chapel of the Williams-Parksley Funeral Home on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., where a visitation will be held one hour prior. Interment will follow in the Liberty Cemetery. Services will be officiated by Mr. George Fulk.
