Sabrina Lynn Dumas

Sabrina Lynn Dumas, 42, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at her residence, in Harborton, VA. Born January 23, 1978 in Portsmouth, VA, she was the daughter of Joyce Russell Munden of Wachapreague, VA and Herman Doyle Dumas, Jr. and his wife, Kim, of Chesapeake, VA.

A longtime cosmetologist, Sabrina’s talents were well known throughout the Hampton Roads area. In her spare time, she enjoyed working in her flower garden and most recently gave her time as a caregiver to her dear friend, Gilbert Johnson.

Other than her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Tatum Swain and her husband, Johnnie, of Virginia Beach, VA and their children, Isaiah Thomas and Ijonae Swain; and Stephanie Munden of West Virginia; brothers, Christopher Munden of North Carolina, Richard Munden, Jr. of Tennessee, and Thomas Leichliter of Pennsylvania; her stepfather, Richard Munden, Sr.; her furbabies, “Chubbs” and “Hershey;” many aunts, uncles, cousins and their families; as well as a host of friends she made over the years, all of whom will miss her greatly.

A service to celebrate Sabrina’s life will be held at the Wachapreague Seaside Park on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
