I was a friend of Vivian's in Hinsdale when she lived here. We worked together for many years. I kept in touch with her \when she moved back up to Vermont for a while. Then one day I called her and her phone was no longer in service, I tried several times to contact her but to no avail. I had no idea she was in Va. Was sorry to hear of her passing. She certainly was one of a kind. My condolences to her family.

While it is indeed sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear Vivian, it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will continue to reflect on seemingly small, yet precious memories. This is only natural when we experience the loss of someone loved. However, be comforted in knowing that just as you have memories, almighty God remembers too. The difference is, God can and will restore perfect life to those in His memory as shown in the video link below. In the meantime, God warmly invites you to trust in Him for comfort (2 Cor. 1:3,4). Please accept my condolences during this time of distress.

My sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Vivian. The loss of our dear loved ones can be very difficult and distressing to cope with. True comfort comes in knowing that Jehovah ( Psalm 83: 18-Gods name) is not the cause of our pain, suffering and death, Hebrews 2:14 tells us the source. May you be comforted in knowing that Jehovah hates death ( 1 Corinthians 15:26) and promises to eliminate death forever and bring ones sleeping in death back to life on a cleansed earth. ( John 17:3; Isaiah 25:7,8; Revelation 21:3-5; Acts 24:25; Psalm 37:10,11,29). Also, may your own good and loving memories of Vivian help to soothe your hearts as we remember that our dear loved ones now safely rest in the loving memory of our Grand Creator, Jehovah God, waiting for the fulfillment of His promised purpose for us all. Sincerely
