It was my great pleasure and honor to have worked with Frank at NASA Wallops Flight Facility where he served as Chief of Contract Quality Assurance. He was instrumental in keeping our aircraft safe for flight over an extended period of time during the 1990's. We will miss his wonderful spirit and personal qualities!!

Barbara and family,
I was so sorry to hear about Frank. I worked with him many years ago when I was in the Aircraft Office at NASA, he was old school all the way and quite a character also. We had some good times and he had the old military ethic that served everyone well. I hope your wonderful memories will be a comfort and that he enjoyed his retired days with lots of good fishing and woodwork. RIP Frank.
