I love you Pop Pop. !!! This is so hard to even believe:/ Well, I have a song I wanted to sing to you but wasn't able to..... here you are pop pop
"You can let go now daddy"

Wind blowing on my face
Sidewalk flying beneath my bike
A five years olds first taste of what freedoms really like
He was running right beside me
His hand holding on the seat I took a deep breath and hallard as I headed for the street....
You can let go now pop pop you can let go
Oh I think im ready to do this on my own
Its still a little bit scary but I want you to know
Ill be okayy now pop pop
You can let go....
I was standing at the alter between the two loves of my life to one I've been a granddaughter to one I'd soon be a wife
When the preacher asked who gives this woman
Pop pop's eyes fulled up with tears
He kept holding tightly to my arm
Til I whispered in his ear....
You can let go now pop pop
You can let go
Oh I think im ready to do this on my own
It still feels a little bit scary
But I want you to know
Ill be okayy now pop pop
You can let go....
It was killing me to see the strongest man I've ever knew
Wasting away to nothing in that hospital room
You know he's only hanging on for you thats what the night nurse said
My voice and heart was braking as I climbed up in his bed
And said...
You can let go no pop pop
You can let go
Your little girl is ready to do this on my own
Its gonna be a little bit scary but I was you to know
Ill be okayy now pop pop
You can let go

You can let go

R.I.P. Pop pop
Love your granddaughter

Dear Ann, Ada and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Freddie. The Woods family has always been very special to me. Freddie was always the one to make you laugh and Art was the serious one. They are very nice men and I am sure that Art is telling Freddie to behave up here in Heaven. God be with his family and hold you all in his loving arms.
