Jeff was a fellow Clinician that provided a wonderful service to the Community. Known to all as a Kind, and Gentle Man; he will be missed. Thank you Jeff for all your good work.

When I think of Jeff, the words gentle, kind, patient and unassuming come to mind. He did make the little Christian Psychotherapy Services agency on Market Street go as he worked with many who otherwise would not have received the help they needed. It seems way to soon for you, Jeff, to leave this place we call home for a short time and yet I know that Heaven is our true home. It will bring you joy and peace and healing...total healing. You will be missed.

Jeff had a wise and kind soul. I hope I helped you grow as much as you did for me during the two years we shared together. I remember the story you'd tell, while laughing and crying, about how you'd jump out and scare your brother when younger. Just watching you tell it made me laugh too. I'd rarely seen you laugh that hard!
I have many sweet memories of Jeff that I will always cherish, such as the night he proposed, on Valentine's Day. A true romantic.
I will grieve his being gone but know he's in a happier place now - may you only feel joy sweet Jeff.
My condolences to his family as well. He loved you all dearly.

Jeff was a sweet man,and I so enjoyed talking with him. The last time we spoke we talked about his kitties and mine. I will truly miss Jeff.

My Uncle Jeff will be missed. I remember him as a young man with an iguana named Freddy to the soft spoken person remembered by so many in Virginia. I am so humbled to see such a small community do so much for my Uncle with such generous and caring hearts. Because of God's grace and the blood of Christ Jeff is celebrating with angels today.

Jeff was a really nice fellow and I'm glad we were friends. We kept talking about playing chess, but never did. Maybe someday in Heaven!

We were shocked to hear that Jeff died. We loved Jeff. He was a valuable parishioner, good friend, and a frequent guest at our home. For several years, we had regular Friday night Pizza Nights with friends dropping in to share the evening. Jeff usually came, and we would sit for hours on our porch or in our kitchen, talking and laughing. He was a wonderful person, and the world is a poorer place without him. We rejoice that he will spend eternity with our Lord and Savior. We send prayers for peace and rest to his family and all his friends in Onancock and elsewhere.
