I am very sorry for the loss of your dear Lynn. The pain is intense when we lose someone special. God's promises give us hope. God promises, a future with no more pain, suffering, sickness, nor death (Revelation 21:3,4). He also will reunite families with those they have lost (Acts 24:15). The website www.jw.org is helping millions find satisfying answers to questions they have. I hope you will examine it and enjoy it. Again, I am very sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss. Please accept my sincere condolences. I personally know the loss of both a mother and grandmother, and the pain can seem overwhelming. However I found comfort in the Bible's promise for the future. Acts 24:15 speaks of a resurrection, a time when God will reunite us with our loved ones again! I hope this helps bring some comfort in this time of sorrow.

Kim and Family: I am so sorry to hear of the your mom's death. I know that she will be missed but I also know she is in a much better place where there is no suffering or pain. God will care for her as one of his children and suffering will be no more. You were a faithful caretaker for your mom in recent years and I am sure there were many special conversations that you shared. Hold those and all memories close in your heart and she will live on forever. My prayers and most sincere "deepest" sympathy I extend to you and yours.

Kim—Earlier this evening Grace had softball practice. As I sat in my car watching her, it dawned on me that she is the exact same age as I was when I met you and your mom and dad. And it was because of softball. I don’t remember any particular games or any plays or outstanding hits over the years. But I remember your mom always being there watching our games, cheering us on. She was the best softball mom. But beyond the sidelines, she was one of the most wonderful, caring, and devoted people I ever knew. I have many fond memories of kitchen table talks and more throughout those high school and college years—too many to share here…but they make my heart happy. I am forever grateful and blessed to have known and been a part of your family for so many years. I just wish there was less physical distance … While my heart is happy I have these memories, it is also very sad for your loss. Your family wasn’t dealt the best set of cards when she was diagnosed with MS. I know some of the struggles and challenges you faced over the years. Not many people in this day and age can devote 24/7 to caretaking and I applaud the sacrifices you and your dad made. You are both extraordinary. While you both go through your sorrow and grief at her loss, I hope you find some peace and comfort knowing she is no longer suffering and finally free of pain. And may all your happy memories fill your heart with joy and keep her spirit alive. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers...Laura

My heartfelt condolences to Linn's family. I know you are experiencing much pain at this time; how I wish to remove it. Though I cannot do so, I can comfort you by way of a reminder: The Creator has promised to bring all of our dead loved ones back to life on a paradise earth. He assured us of this fact many times in the Scriptures. (Isaiah 26:19; Acts 24:15; Psalm 37:10,11; Matthew 5:5) Many have found peace, strength and hope by reflecting on what it will be like to see their dead loved ones again. I encourage you to do the same. You can see Linn again, in perfect health, enjoying life the way the Creator originally intended! The Creator who cannot lie has promised. (Revelation 21:4; Isaiah 65:21-25)

Dear Kim and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mother was certainly a person that will live on in the wonderful memories of a life well lived. I lost my Mom in 2013 and never a day goes by that we don't talk about her - remembering things she said and did. In a sense she is still with us. My prayer is that you and your family will fine this true in your lives. God takes care of us and our loved ones, Sincerely, Norma
