Mrs. Anne was a treasure to the many people that knew and loved her. The time that I was able to spend with her was a true joy and pleasure. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

To the family of Miss Anne, my heartfelt prayers and thoughts are with you all. Miss Anne was truly a wonderful woman, an inspiration to me, and I will never forget her. I grew up in Atlantic and attended the Atlantic Baptist Church. She was one of my favorite Sunday School teachers. I had an opportunity to visit her in her home, a few years ago, and was able to tell her how much I thought of her as a child and still do as an adult. I also was able to tell her that I still have my John 3:16 conk shell that she did for me back in 1974. She did many of these over the years and I wanted to let her know that it meant as much to me now as it did back in 1974 when I first received it as a child. I love you Miss Anne and I know that I will see you again one day. May knowing that we will see her again one day be a comfort to us all.

My heart breaks! Ms Annie was my Sunday School Teacher and I loved her dearly. Every year, I put an ornament on my Christmas tree that she made for me when I was little and think of how grateful I am for her in my life while I was growing up! When we moved from Atlantic, she would always call and invite me to the ladies dinners or other things. Sometimes just to talk. I also enjoyed working many years with your Dad.
