I knew Helen when she visited Florence Smith. Florence lived in the upstairs apt. of my home in Pocomoke. I enjoyed going upstairs to talk with Helen and Florence when she would visit. She watched my children grow until Florence passed away in 2000. She was a wonderful Christian lady and I know she is greatly missed but thankful we have the assurance that she is with her Lord in heaven.I am sorry that I was unable to attend he service. God bless you all.

Thank you, Carol, for remembering our family in Mother's homegoing with her Lord. Her favorite song was "Look for Me at Jesus' Feet". Today she can worship Him one-on-one.

Kristy,
Kenny and I know the pain of losing a mother, no matter what the circumstance the sadness is overwhelming. But as we all know we all will be together again with our Heavenly Father. What a joyful day that will be. I am so glad I got to meet your mother years ago.
With Love,
Kenny and Karen

I was very saddened to hear of Aunt Helen's passing. Frank and I would have loved to attend her memorial services and see all of the family, but he was hospitalized during this past week.

I'll always remember Aunt Helen's warmth and kindness, her never waving devotion to God and to her family. I'm sure this is a very difficult time for you all and I hope that you soon find comfort in your memories
Love to all

Vicki and Frank

Heaven has certainly gained another angel. In my younger years, Helen provided my "home away from home." She not only showed Jesus Christ by her everyday living but took the time to show Jesus Christ to me. She is the reason why I believe today and why I will have an eternal home to share with her. She always took the time to include me and my family in church and Christian activities.

Norma, thank you for your kind words spoken at Mother's funeral. Our families do share many precious memories and I thank God for them. It was so good to see you, Frank and Sandra. It's been a long time. I was hoping you were coming to the reception afterwards so we could have talked. Much to catch up on. I saw Ruth Lee before we returned to PA.

Would you like to share your email address so we could keep in touch?

Grandmother,
I am going to miss you more than you will ever know. I know that you are in a much better place now and no longer in pain, but your passing has left a hole in my heart. I will always remember the weeks spent at your house over summer break growing up as well as the trips home to see you as I moved out on my own. The boys send you their love, and are glad that you are no longer in pain, and that you have gone on to Heaven to live with the Lord. Until we meet again - all my love.

I have so many memories of Miss Helen. We worked at the nursing home together many years ago. She was a precious lady. Always had a smile on her face and a kind word from her heart. She will be missed by all of you. The Blessing is you and I know she is with our Lord and Savior and what a celebration it will be for her. Prayers for the family

Miss Helen was a beautiful person. She taught me Sunday School at the Holiness Church in Bloxom along with Karen and Bobbie Jo many many years ago, I am so sorry for the loss of a very special person. God has a special angel with him now, and I know she is in her glory.

The pain of losing someone as special as a mom can be overwhelming; I too know that pain. May your family find comfort as I have in knowing that our loving heavenly Father promises us that very soon he will 'swallow up death forever, and wipe away the tears from all faces.' (Isaiah 25:8) What a wonderful day that will be!
